Good morning !

Our brain is a marvelous organ that is built to ensure our survival. This is possible thanks to its ability to remember past negative events and to foresee future dangers...Even if this disposition can save us a lot of pain, it can turn against us. Indeed, spending time rehashing past negative experiences or imagining catastrophic scenarios generates not pain but suffering! Learning to recognize these mental processes and developing one's ability to settle in the present is the goal of all therapeutic work. I offer this through Cognitive Behavioral approaches and Mindfulness Meditation.

Who am I?

I completed my studies in Psychology and obtained the title of Doctor from the University René Descartes in 2013.  -   After completing research assignments as Referring Psychologist of CEREMAST - Public Assistance - Necker Hospital, and having published numerous scientific articles, I decided to dedicate myself to clinical practice in a private practice. I have more than 15 years of experience, including 8 in private practice.  My approach integrates the tools and methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and takes into account the role of emotions. I am trained in the practice of EMDR, which I have been practicing for 8 years, in Cognitive Remediation of Attentional Disorders and in the Instruction of the MBCT protocol by Stéphanie Pelissolo, MBCT France.
