Individual or Group?

The individual follow-up is aimed at anyone from the age of 11 who needs to be accompanied to get out of their difficulty. I accompany people suffering from emotional or stress-related problems and those with a pathology requiring additional therapeutic care (bipolarity, depression, anxiety disorders, anorexia, etc.). I offer therapy to people facing a breakup, a bereavement or an important transition. This type of follow-up is suitable for those who need to work on Traumas and for those who need to identify and act on what maintains their suffering. This work makes it possible to develop sufficient internal resources to get better. Group monitoring is not talk group monitoring. It is a follow-up of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy based on Mindfulness Meditation. It is aimed at those wishing to develop or strengthen tools allowing them to take care of themselves in the present to prevent moments of suffering. The group provides the tools to develop a deeper awareness of oneself and one's emotions, to better manage and train one's conscious attention and ability to recognize and respect one's resources, needs and limits._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_

Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy (CBT)  Based on Mindfulness Meditation

Thanks to the tools of CBT and the practice of mindfulness meditation, this approach allows you to anchor yourself in the present to prevent stress and suffering from setting in. It's about decentering yourself from suffering to connect with yourself and identify basic needs and limits. The tools of CBT make it possible to recognize and act on the signs and mental processes that can lead to physical and emotional exhaustion. Whether it is to improve your attentional capacity or to prevent suffering, this protocol designed for the prevention of depressive relapses is offered to you with a transnosographic approach to meet the needs of any type of emotional suffering and not just depression. It is a useful protocol also for people with chronic pain.

MBCT Adult/Children and Teenagers Groups

The MBCT protocol consists of 8 sessions of 2h30 and a day of mindfulness.

During this cycle, the sessions start with a time of meditation followed by different moments of exchange on the practice between the participants and the instructor. Each week a specific theme will be treated.

The groups for 9-12 year olds and 13-17 year olds take place in the same format as the adult MBCT group with an adaptation of the duration (2h/session) and adapted cognitive exercises. A more important axis is dedicated to the recognition of emotions and their regulation and the mechanisms related to confidence and self-acceptance.
